Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to drive new business growth. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships with facility managers and decision-makers, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate is hungry for success and self-driven, without the need for constant hand-holding or outside motivation to meet goals and hit quotas. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, property managers, and corporate clients
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Collaborate with Operations and Client Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (facilities management or related industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and hit quotas
- Self motivated with a high level of accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
